The Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC)  is offering a Union Education course in Pangnirtung. The registration deadline to apply to attend this course is October 1, 2017. 

Talking Union Basics (TUB) is PSAC's introductory course and provides the basic knowledge you need to get the most from other, future PSAC courses.
